Toyota has Prius Plug-In Hybrid Vehicles (PHVs) into the Zipcar network, in an effort to further test and evaluate plug-in hybrid technology and gain increased intelligence. PHVs Toyota Prius, which will be commercially available in 2012, eight out of about 160 nationally distributed by Toyota.
