The new development of the KTM more powerful super sports car from Austria has been presented to the public in the series version.

The official opening of the Red Bull Ring in the presence of national and international motorsports personalities, the “R” has been able to show just what it can do on this racing circuit.

The standard equipment in R features an Audi,-sourced 2.0-liter TFSI petrol engine that has been equipped with a larger turbocharger, high performance fuel injectors and a new ECU. Thanks to these modifications, the four-cylinder produces 300 PS (220 kW / 295 hp) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque compared to the standard X-Bow with 240 PS (177 kW / 237 hp). In fact there have been improvements in all other relevant components to ensure that an optimal performance can be achieved.

KTM X-BOW R is characterized by an additional increase in the handling, should be even more extreme, even faster and even more powerful, even more extremely exact and delicate than up to this stage of the development.

The price of the KTM X-BOW R is € 58, 795 (excluding national taxes and import duties).
